I have done that several times paired, then unpaired. They will pair, but won’t connect in order to transfer files. As I mentioned in first post, it worked one time, but since then cannot get the phone to recognize laptop Bluetooth device any more. Perhaps they just are not compatible.
grprice47ParticipantBoth lap top and phone display paired, but phone will not locate the lap top in order to connect. I installed and re-installed lap top Bluetooth driver, but still no connectivity. Phone displays “No near by Bluetooth devices found.” Guess I have run into a road block. Don’t know of any way to uninstall and re-install Bluetooth driver on phone. It has to be something simple, but I can’t figure out what. I have tried just about everything.
grprice47ParticipantThanks Simon. I have already done that on both devices. The lap top will connect, but moto g will not locate the Bluetooth devise even though they are paired. I am completely stumped as how to fix it.
