how to put an individual notification tone to a contact ?

Hi

I’ve been looking all over the place to see how I can put an individual tone for my contacts.

I have seen other phones also with KitKat and they can choose on their contacts what tone to use for notifications (I dont mean ringtones).

I looking to have a ringtone set for a particular contact so that I know its more important than others.

is this possible ? I would have thought, being available on other Android devices it was
