3 Way calling / Conference call not working in Moto G

  Hi,
  
  I am using Moto G from last 1 month. Found one problem is that 3 Way calling / Conference call not working in Moto G. Although having the latest software update (4.4.2). When contacted to customer care executive they said this facility is not available in this model. However they said that this issue will be resolved in next update (Don’t know any time frame). Anybody have alternate solution for the same?

  Three-way calling on mobile network need firmware support and carrier support. Third-party apps usually cannot do much.
  
  However, if WiFi is readily available, you can try Google Hangouts.
